Pricing Questions
What counts as a "small edit"?
Text changes, image swaps, adding/removing sections, updating contact info, fixing broken links, and similar updates that take less than 30 minutes. Larger changes are billed at our overage rate of $150/hour.
Is hosting included?
Yes! All Web Care plans and Subscription Sites include hosting for sites under 50,000 monthly visitors. High-traffic sites may require custom hosting arrangements.
Can I switch plans?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade anytime with 30 days notice. We'll prorate any differences.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all services. If you're not satisfied in your first month, we'll refund your payment.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, ACH transfers, and can invoice for annual pre-payments (5% discount for annual payments).
Are there any setup fees?
Web Care plans have no setup fees. CliffChat has a one-time $1,200 setup ($960 for existing clients). Subscription Sites have a $2,400 build fee.
